Marinated Brussel Sprouts

Marinated Brussel Sprouts


  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Onions
  • Olive Oil
  • Pepper
  • Truffle Sea Salt
    For the sauce:
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinaigrette
  • Dijon mustard
  • Honey


  1. Cut brussel sprouts into halves and place them in a serving bowl
  2. “Marinate” them with some onions, olive oil, pepper, and truffle sea salt
  3. Mix together well
  4. Spread them out on a pan
  5. Stick them in the oven at 425 degrees
  6. Roast for about 25 minutes
    For the dressing:
  1. Add olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, dijon mustard, honey, lots of pepper, and a pinch of salt into a bowl
  2. Whisk it all together
  3. Pour onto cooked brussel sprouts
