Veggie Lasagna

Ingredients

  • Tomato sauce
  • Veggies (mushrooms, bell pepper, zucchini)
  • Chopped up onion
  • Garlic
  • Noodles
  • Cream cheese
  • Parmesan and cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute onions and garlic in the pan
  2. Add in chopped up mushrooms, zucchini, and bell pepper
  3. Stir fry together
  4. When the veggies look close to being cooked, add in the tomato sauce
  5. Add in collagen protein powder (if you would like)
  6. Sprinkle in some rosemary “just because”
  7. Once it is cooked, place your first layer of sauce on the bottom of the pan
  8. Layer the noodles on top
  9. Layer more sauce on top of the noodles & layer cream cheese on top of the sauce
  10. Add second layer of noodles and then sauce on top
  11. Add mixture of cheddar and parmesan cheese on top of the sauce
  12. Then cover with the third layer of noodles
  13. Layer the last layer of sauce on the very top
  14. Cover the pan with tin foil and preheat the over on 350 degrees
  15. Place into the oven for about 60 minutes
