Bruschetta Macaroni Pasta


  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Pasta (I use gluten free brown rice pasta)
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Basil


  1. Boil your pasta in water
  2. Chop up your cherry tomatoes and basil, place them together in a small bowl
  3. Add olive oil and garlic to another pan to heat up
  4. Take the garlic out fo the pan before it gets brown and mix it in with your cherry tomatoes
  5. Then add balsamic vinegar to your cherry tomatoes mixture w/ some salt & pepper
  6. Now rinse your noodles off and put them in a new serving size bowl
  7. Then take your tomato mixture and add it to your noodles
  8. Toss it all together and you are done! =)
