Feta Veggie Pita


  • Artichoke hearts
  • Flatbread (pita)
  • Mini tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Hummus
  • Feta cheese
  • Red onion


  1. Toast your flatbread in the oven by itself
  2. Peel your cucumber + dice it up into cubes
  3. Dice up your red onion into chunks
  4. Cut up your cherry tomatoes
  5. Take out your flatbread when it is crispy, add spread your hummus on top of the flatbread
  6. Then sprinkle the feta cheese all over the hummus
  7. Add some your toppings on top (onion, cucumber, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts)
  8. Lightly add some olive oil, pepper, and salt on top
