Green Protein shake

Ingredients

  • Spinach
  • Almond milk (I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • Banana
  • Protein powder
  • Cucumber

Instructions

  1. Peel your cucumber
    Add ingredients into the ninja blender
  1. Handful of ice
  2. ⅓ to ½ of cucumber
  3. Whole banana
  4. A handful of spinach
  5. 1 scoop of protein powder
  6. ½ cup of almond milk
  7. Blend together
