Kick Booty Kale Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Kale
  • Banana
  • Honey
  • Pineapple
  • Greek yogurt
  • Peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add a handful of ice
  2. Add in a handful or so of kale
  3. Add in ½ of a banana
  4. A couple scoops of greek yogurt
  5. Some chunks of pineapple
  6. A teaspoon of peanut butter
  7. A squeeze of honey
  8. A tad bit of water
  9. Blend together =)
