Veggie & Goat Cheese Bagel

Veggie & Goat Cheese Bagel

Ingredients

  • Bagel (I use “everything” bagels)
  • Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Goat Cheese
  • Butter
  • Green onion
  • Truffle salt

Instructions

  1. Toast your bagel
  2. Cut up your tomato into large slices
  3. Cut up your green onions
  4. Butter up your bagel once it is toasted
  5. Add avocado on top of the bagel
  6. Then layer the green onions on top of the avocado
  7. Place the tomato slice on the very top of the bagel mixture
  8. Sprinkle on pepper + truffle salt to your liking
  9. Then add the goat cheese
  10. Lastly add spinach on top for extra greens (optional)
